Only the fine beans and asparagus require cooking making this a simple and quick meal for brunch in the garden or packed for a picnic.

150g Fine Beans
250g New Season Asparagus
200g Grana Padano (use your potato peeler to cuts through generous slithers)
1 Carrot Loaf Cake (sadly not the round one in the picture)
1 bottle of Cortefresca Pinot Grigio White Wine from Italy
