Pork, Salt, Spice Extract, Dextrose, Red Wine, Preservative (Sulphur Dioxide, Potassium Metabisulphite), Garlic Powder, Mixed Peppercorn, Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate), Preservative (Sodium Nitrite). Filled into a collagen casing.
