Two Pork Loin Steaks.
These steaks are cut from between the rib and the rump. Easy to cook and tender so best cooked quickly in a frying pan or under the grill!
I gently oven roasted mine and then coated them with ginger apple jelly (available soon). Leaving them to rest before eating the pork steaks were beautifully tender with a gentle warmth of ginger.
