Description

Oven roasted mushrooms coated in a rich tomato sauce layered between Italian pasta, aubergines and a bechamel sauce.

Cooking Instructions

Fresh
Preheat oven. Remove lid. Place onto a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
Oven Settings
Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
Cook for 15-20 minutes
Allow to stand for 1 min before serving. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.

From Frozen
Preheat oven. Remove lid. Place onto a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
Oven Settings
Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
Cook for 30- 35 minutes
Allow to stand for 1 min before serving. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.

Defrost Instructions:
Should this product defrost keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 15-20 minutes.

Extra Warnings: Not suitable for microwave cooking - reheating
Steam may be released when removing lid.
