Light and crumbly biscuits with a long and narrow shape reminiscent of a cat’s tongue, hence their original name (Langues de chat).
Made with only egg whites, sugar, butter and flour, they are the ideal biscuits with a cup of tea (Trumpers), for a quick snack (can you stop at one) , or to compliment any dessert.
