Battered Squid Rings are a great addition to every seafood recipe and go well with a range of flavours. They have a crisp, airy feel but a soft and gentle flavour and can be fried for a quick meal or baked in the oven.
Contains Mollusc and Wheat Flour (Gluten)
Fry without defrosting in hot (180°C) oil for 3 to 4 minutes until browned.
Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Bake rings for 12 to 14 minutes. Turn halfway.
